Welcome to Push Push Cartoons


The game was born in 1996 in a version for Amiga built in 1996 in Blitz Basic 2. The game takes its origins from Pengo, classic game of SEGA.
Officially it's the first game that I have written in C++ in subsequent years.
In 2001 I wrote Push Push Cartoons for an iMac G3 DV
(with a review on Japanese Mac magazine) for MacOS 9.
It is about eight years since I don't program games. iPhone allowed to re-adapt it to this phone. Have fun.

Introduction

PushPush is the game hero.
()

It's duty is to collect the drops.
()
It can do it's job using the "glass" weapon
()
or the "tank" weapon
().


You can change hero's direction simply press colored lines on the screen.

You can change hero's direction inside a block just by rapidly tapping the desired direction.


To launch the objects it must put in front of them

( or ) and push them.

To select the strenght use the PushMeter (tm)

 
 

 

When you're in front of the tank, keep the screen out of colored lines (hero's direction movements) until you've reached the desired strenght.


If the heroes can't push the object, it sneezes (!)

Rules

 

You can't fill the glass with more than 6 drops of the same colour
(it's empty, it's full, more of six drops)


NEVER mix up colours ;-))

The following arrows allows the object to change direction.

It's possible to move the blue arrows, the green may turn clockwisely.

Pay attention! When an object runs over the arrows, they go 1 cm away.


When the hero or some other things runs over this
()
a bomb appears
()
which leaves holes once it explodes.
()


Watch out not to fall !

Hero can pass a bomb before it explodes (watch out for this on level 7)!


The spring.
()

You can jump on it or make other object jump.

Every object which use this spring moves on y other 2 cm..


The cone
()

You can't move it. Just to block the road.

Here you can select:

(start game)
(how to play)
(tutorial)
(music on) or (music off)
(credits)


Obviously, if you want to play, press "(start game)" button.

"(how tto play)" button is a rapid access to the game info.


"(tutorial)" button makes you see some features of the game throught a short movie.
"(music on)" or "(music off)" button by turn on-off game music.

"(credits)" can show authors of the game.
